What does pricing look like?

  • Custom bow and bow tie pricing begins at $29
  • Custom bandanas start at $40, cost varies depending on size, style and fabric
  • Knitwear pieces are individually priced based on product, size, material and other factors

How do I purchase?

Order inquiries can be sent by email or phone. With just a few questions about your dog and style preferences, we get rolling. Some of the different designs available and hemp colors are shown on our instagram. There is a wide selection of denim available and fabric offcuts to choose from. Textiles can be pulled, photographed and sent by text based on color, theme, fabric material, etc. if looking for something specific.

 

How long before I receive my order?

Depending on the product, standard lead times are one to three weeks. Product ships by USPS Priority Mail, most packages arrive within 2-3 days (domestic) from time of shipping. If local in the Franklin area, can deliver.

 

Where do you donate?

Twenty percent of each Rescues Of product sale is donated to a non-profit animal welfare org, these include local animal shelters. Confirmation of donation and where it was sent to is included with order. Suggestions for where to donate are welcomed at time of order.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

Venmo or by check. Major credit cards will soon be accepted through the website. Credit, debit cards and cash are also accepted at events. Tax rates are calculated based on your location, the billing information provided at time of purchase, or the physical location where sold.

 

Can I do a return or an exchange if the product doesn't fit?

All made-to-order products are final sale. Every order is handled with care, clarity and as much transparency as possible. You need to be completely thrilled with your purchase! If you desire an extra snap or a fix, any time. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

It's possible, changes depend on what they are and how far along in the process the piece is. Cancellations are accepted if requested on same day of order. Please email or call as soon as possible.
